寶藍色的太平洋，金黃色的稻浪梯田，是Panay自小對家鄉的印象。為了讓孩子過更好的生活，Panay隻身於台北打拼。直到父親突然病倒，她匆忙趕回家之際，發現良田如今雜草叢生，更被發展商看中，準備興建觀光民宿。Panay擔心還可以為後代留下一個怎樣的家園？ 於是她決心整理河川，恢復耕種海稻米，回復昔日家鄉稻海梯田的環境。雖然過程困難重重，但她堅定的信念令孩子知道，自己的家園要靠自己雙手守護﹔但願太陽下的孩子，都能活在自己的土地上，不被任何人驅趕。本片榮獲金馬獎最佳電影原創歌曲獎。
Panay worked in the city as a journalist. One day, she found her tribe has been overdeveloped and changed by tourism. They were losing their land and their culture, so she decided to return home to bring back the abandon terrace. In the process, she found it’s not only about the land, but also about who she really is. The movie was being awarded the Audience Choice Award from the Taipei Film Festival.
